About the role:
India’s leading Educational ERP Software company, a Deloitte Fast 50 Company and ET Growth Champion Serosoft is looking for an experienced Asst. Manager/Manager- Sales for our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of relevant experience in inside sales, with a strong background in generating leads and conducting virtual product demonstrations and sales closures. As a Asst. Manager/Manager- Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and Tele-calling, to generate qualified leads.
  1. Virtual Product Demonstrations:
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT      products.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Customize demonstrations based on the specific needs and requirements of each prospect.
  1. Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize opportunities and focus efforts on high-potential prospects.
  1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  1. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Provide feedback from the field to contribute to product development and enhancement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 8-12 years in inside sales within IT product companies.
  • Strong understanding of the SAAS industry and IT products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
