About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Consultant with a strong background in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. This role requires someone who can effectively manage HR processes, contribute to the growth and development of the organization, and align HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR-related matters. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution fairly and consistently.
- HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans. Ensure that employees are provided with the necessary tools and support to achieve their objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and industry standards. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Learning and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and productive work environment. Implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the IT industry.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, particularly in the IT sector.
- Proven track record of managing employee relations and HR strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources and HR certification is a plus.
