About the role:
India’s leading Educational ERP Software company, a Deloitte Fast 50 Company and ET Growth Champion Serosoft is looking for an Senior Manager Projects who will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of our products or services to clients, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal utilization. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical expertise, and exceptional communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform process requirements and analysis workshops with clients to define business, process, functional requirements and data element requirements.
- Manage project scope and perform client engagement activities.
- Consult and provide guidance with best process, project scheduling, resource availability for successful implementations.
- Manage project schedules, define statements of work, manage change control and change requests.
- Functional training to clients for facilitating the ERP Usage.
- Troubleshoot software and implementation issues, and provide workaround and functional implementation guidance.
- Team Handling and monitoring their activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Possess 12+ years of extensive experience in executing implementation processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both technical and functional aspects.
- Background in roles like Implementation Engineer or Business Analyst within enterprise software domains.
- Hands-on expertise in IT platforms, particularly with MY SQL.
- Strong aptitude for collaborating across teams, groups, and organizations, with a keen ability to anticipate and analyze situations.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information.
- Proven experience in client interaction and conducting training sessions.
- Proficient in MS Excel with a solid command over its functionalities.
- Willingness and flexibility for travel as required.
