About the role:
India’s leading Educational ERP Software company, a Deloitte Fast 50 Company and ET Growth Champion Serosoft is looking for a Consultant Implementation/Project who will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of our products or services to clients, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal utilization. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical expertise, and exceptional communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knows about the entire SDLC process.
- A clear understanding of the Project vs. product delivery approach.
- Work with the Product delivery team for the delivery of client requirements, during and post-implementation.
- Follow project schedules.
- Understand and perform data mapping.
- Responsible for module configuration and post-configuration client scenario testing.
- Prototyping for scenario development.
- Provide functional training, during delivery and post-delivery support to customers over a voice call or in-person on ERP products.
- Efficient in handling and resolving client queries.
- Troubleshoot software and implementation issues, and provide workaround and functional implementation guidance.
- Knows about the Change management process.
