Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Lead market entry and expansion.
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
  • Create a strong lead prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification engine.
  • Manage digital marketing activities to create traction.
  • Demonstrate good business sense and budgeting skills.
  • Help Serosoft become known as an employer of choice and a sales force that top salespeople want to join.
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions.
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in business, sales, marketing, or related subjects.
  • Experience in demonstrating and selling SaaS solutions remotely to international customers.
  • Experience creating and managing sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Experience in analytical reporting and proficiency in SEO, and PPC; experience in SEO for Shopify is a plus.
  • A passion for computing education and its creative possibilities.
  • Ability to work independently, being proactive, and wanting to actively shape our growth; we’re looking for self-starters who are happy to produce content when needed.
  • Experience selling online products is desired (ideally in Education).
