Serosoft’s CEO Mr. Arpit Badjatya who is a regular speaker at education and technology exhibitions, conclaves and forums in India and internationally, was invited as an expert speaker at the National Employability Conclave which was held at Indore on Wednesday, 07th Oct 15’.

More than 50+ renowned educational institutes from all across MP were invited to the conclave which was conducted by Aspiring Minds. Majorly the higher management and TPO’s of the institutes were part of the audience. The topic was Enhancing Employability – the current problems and possible solutions, with a focus on how colleges can help their students improve their employability skills as per corporates’ expectations.

Mr. Arpit provided his valuable insights and gave inputs/recommendations to the audience as to what the academia can do to hone students’ skill set as per current industry expectation to make them better employable for the market. He also emphasized on how colleges can leverage on their core competency in terms of courses/curricula they offer in creating a distinct identity, so as to ensure that the right corporates visit them during placement season. The event was very interactive wherein audience asked various questions to which Mr. Arpit and other panelists answered on various dimensions based on their vast experience and acumen. The conclave ended with a prize distribution ceremony where select colleges were awarded on various parameters for doing significant work in education domain.
